User Story

This bug is to discuss tech feasibility for the v1 of Web sharing that can be described as follows:

As a Hello user (desktop client user or standalone client user), I want to share what I am browsing with another user.

UX: https://live.uxpin.com/a3da3eea3b8e26e7971082a30c3faa38c9fbdd43#/pages/20695056

Requirements:
1 Web sharing can be activated/de-activated from the conversation window or the context menu
2 When web-sharing is activated, a new kind of Firefox window (shared browser window) gets used. This window indicates the room name and has a "Sharing" badge so it's identified as a different type of window.
2.1 The shared browser window indicates on the tabs which user is browsing which tab
2.2 Any user can open a new tab, there are 2 types of tabs:
2.2.1 A signed-in tab (tab on a website that one of the 2 users signed into)
2.2.2 A non signed-in tab (tab on a website that no one signed into)
2.3 The interactions possible with the web content depend on whether the website being browsed required sign-in and if you are the user who signed into the website:
2.3.1 Websites that are not accessed through sign-in allow the full interaction possibilities:
2.3.1.1 When 2 users are on the same tab, they can both scroll independently from each other
2.3.1.2 When 2 users are on the same tab, users can see each other pointers. If the other person's pointer is off of the screen area an arrow shows the direction of the other person's pointer.
2.3.1.3 When 2 users are on the same tab, if user A clicks a link, user B's tab will be updated with the new URL
2.3.1.4 When 2 users are on the same tab, if user A enters text in a text for, user B will see it
2.3.1.5 When 2 users are on the same tab, if user A presses a button or hovers over an area that which changes the display (play/pause a video, open a new area on the page), user B sees it
2.3.2 Websites that are accessed through sign-in allow limited interaction possibilities:
2.3.2.1 The user who first signs into the website has all above features (2.3.1)
2.3.2.2 The user who does not sign-in can only scroll and see the pointers
