Bedrock needs a better framework to allow front-end developers to easily add functional tests to the pages they build. Currently we rely on the mcom-test repository, which is written in Python and is disconnected from our everyday workflow. Many of the tests could be moved to the bedrock repo and written in JavaScript, using a headless-browser test framework such as CasperJS. This is a bug to track research and implementation for such a test suite, with an aim to deliver an initial implementation this quarter.
