1158994 - Draw url_bar_entry asset with code & remove assets

This could remove 4 asset files from their 4 various DPI configs per screen size (2 total) for a total of 4x4x2 = 32 image files removed. Wow.

We currently have 4 asset files for normal, pressed, private browsing normal, and private browsing pressed, and then for normal phone and then tablet.

The drawing code would probably have to be encapsulated in a new URLBarBackground class, or similar.

Note that this url bar will also need to be able to animate open, either with the current method (have two clipping urlbars and slide the one on the right out to it's final position) or by drawing this animation in code - but then I'm not sure how to have this animation occur in hardware though (for perf reasons).
