Since we find out many "explanation" styles in Settings app, the style is needed to converge and reduce. And we need UX/VD to make decision for polishing it or not.

* SIM Manager::SIM Security::SIM PIN enable/disable::input incorrect pin code('PINs don't match..')

* Media Storage::Advanced('Choose where photos, videos, ..')

* Screen Lock::Passcode Lock::input inconsistent passcode('Passcode doesn't match..')

=== The Bug Goal ===
This is a meta bug to fix inconsistent problem of 'explanation' style for settings app. If we find out them, please feel free to file bug and block them via this meta bug. Then, we can nominate the problem from UX/VD.
