1.Launch Browser
2.Enter a web page 
3.Long press a link on web page,action menu pops up

According to Transvision, this string did not exist on 2.1: https://transvision.mozfr.org/?recherche=Open+in+new+private+window&repo=gaia_2_1&sourcelocale=en-US&locale=fr&search_type=strings
Adding the wontfix flag on 2.1 to reflect that.
Asking localizer if he can shorten the string. If not, we might ask UX for help with this. thanks
