When I ask for review from someone who is not accepting reviews, my red request count in the top left becomes their request count

STR:

1. ask for review from someone who is " NAME <EMAIL> is not currently accepting 'review' requests. "

Actual:
1. red count of pending requests switched from my count to their count
2. clicking on the red count takes me to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/request.cgi?action=queue&requestee=<them>%40mozilla.com&group=type

Expected:
1. red count should continue to be my own
2. clicking on the red count should take me to my own requests, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/request.cgi?action=queue&requestee=<me>%40mozilla.com&group=type
