1. Go to 186.148.57.28
2. Tap the first "Ver Video" link
3. Getting "Couldn't find an app to open this..."

Expected result: Asking me to open with "Video Player" or "Photos", as in the followed up videos of Chrome and Internet.

An RTSP .3gp video link.

* "Internet" will prompt to open with "Video Player" or "Photo".
* Chrome has no reaction.
* Firefox would say "Couldn't find an app to open this."

I loaded that goo.gl link the video loaded in VLC for me.

This would take some work in HelperApps.jsm or GeckoAppShell.getAppsForURL and those changes could break existing behavior. We need to be careful.
