[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.2 & v3.0][Nexus 5 v2.2 & v3.0][Camera]The device prompts "Camera Unavailable" when you switch to Camera app.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch Camera.
2.Press Home key to back Home.
3.Launch Contacts.
4.Tap "+" to create new contact.
5.Tap add pircture icon -> "Camera".
6.Slide screen from left to right to enter Camera app.
7.Slide screen from right to left to back Contacts.

[3.Expected Result]: 
6.The camera should be launched normally.
7.The Notification bar should not be displayed in this view.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6.The device will prompt "Camera Unavailable".
7.The page will display Notification bar.

I can't comment on the notification bar (didn't happen for me) but the camera unavailable error is a race condition between the contacts application releasing the camera when switched out and the camera app acquiring when switched in. That should be resolved by bug 1073017.
