Does that happen from Camera app? How about taking a photo of an object without glossy finish?

Hi Eric,
1. Does that happen from Camera app?
-->No, it's normal when we launch Camera and take a picture.
2.How about taking a photo of an object without glossy finish?
-->If we take a picture of a yellow cup with red paper, keyboard, and any object as background in contrast, this issue also exists, and the color and light around the object shifted.(IMG_0026.jpg)

UV plane is shifted.
This is a device specific issue on Nexus-5. If you take portrait picture with resolution 800 x 600 on nexus-5, you will see the colour shifting issue. I can reproduce this issue with Android factory image (LMY47D). (you will need to download a third party camera app to set resolution to 800x600)
Camera app is fine because the resolution is set to 3264x2448.

Thanks, we will skip nexus-5-l only issue, but we will try to test this on flame-l later, adding [flame-l-testing-needed] whiteboard.
