Details
Hitting CTRL-A in the URL bar doesn't select the URL - it appears to do nothing.
Shouldn't it select the current URL?

This has absolutely nothing to do with bug 115791. It's a dup of bug 65791 and more.
Because of expected compatability with emacs key shortcuts on *nix systems,
ctrl+a will move to beginning of line. In order to select all of text in urlbar
with "one click" on linux: Hit the Esc button instead.
See also bug 91345.

Ah, my bad, then. I assumed that ctrl-A was behaving as the user expected,
but that he just couldn't see it due to the lack of highlighting. Sorry
to lead this bug astray.
