when i make a call to some contact number and hang up and then make another call to some other number, I get the error saying : 'unable to make a phone call now.'

Steps to reproduce:

I called to some contact number, then I hang up and called a new number but an error showed up


Actual results:

Error showed up saying: 'unable to make the phone call now. Cannot make a call if you are already dialing, please hang up first'. I tried again but the same error message was displayed.


Expected results:

When I make a call to any number, then hang up and dial another number, it should make a call and shouldn't display that error.
I make a call the same way in Android like i did in firefoxOS.
