1159345 - [raptor] Change worker type for raptor test tasks

The raptor-results task is currently running on taskcluster worker type 'gaia' but the actual raptor test tasks are running on worker type 'emulator-ics' (the tests themselves use the emulator). This means that on treeherder the raptor tasks are showing up in two different groups.

Talked with James on IRC, he suggested all raptor tasks be run on the worker type 'gaia'.

Also confirmed with Garndt on IRC that he is fine with moving them.

Going ahead with this, as they should all be in the same worker group (and emulator-ics is currently falling behind too).

Thanks Greg. Also reducing the time between app launches in the test itself, to speed up the tasks. Confirmed this with Eli first.
