Description

Waterson suggests that we report two numbers for the pageload test.
Leave the one we have now there, but also add another average of
the averages number. Maybe we could call this "Tpa" under the testname
"pageload-avg"?

We can let these two numbers run and see how they look over the
next week or so. Intent is to reduce the amount of noise/variation
in the test results.

Bulk reopening incorrectly expired bugs - no activity does not constitute no bug - these need proper checking.

Vlad, is this still valid? I see your fingerprints on the current page loader test.
