Details
At one point the raptor-results code failed because of a missing NPM package (this has since been fixed); however even though the results task failed out, it reported to taskcluster as being successful and showed up green on treeherder. Make sure the raptor-results task returns the correct codes.

Also happens with the raptor-tester container.
