Description:
Another case of missing capitalization on the 2nd word of a header title; making it inconsistent with the typical grammar / capitalization scheme of all non-article words in a header being capitalized

Certainly a polish issue, but consistency of how things look is nice

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150428010206
2) Launch Settings > Display
3) Select the Wallpaper and pick 'Wallpaper' option

Actual:
'Select wallpaper' menu header is missing capitalization on the second word to maintain consistency with other settings menu headers

Expected:
'Select Wallpaper'

As was said in Comment 0, minor polish issue, but would be nice to keep consistency.
