Currently on tc the raptor launch test tasks are taking approx. 35-45 min to complete (this is 30 RUNS). Other longer tests on gaia try in the 'gaia opt' group take about 20 minutes. Temporarily reduce the number of launch test runs to speed up the raptor tasks, until we figure out other optimizations.
