According to Comment 5 in Bug 1157178, this bug is filed.
[l10n][Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Cost Control]Portuguese Portug: Insert SIM card and enter Usage main view, the "Mobile usage" are displayed with truncation.

Prerequisite: Insert a SIM card and turn on mobile network to surf.
1.Launch Usage.
2.Go through the Usage FTE, enter usage main page.

2. The "Mobile usage" should not be displayed with truncation on "Usage" view.
