[1.Description]:
[Nexus 5][v2.2&3.0][Camera]When user enables "Self-Timer", connect networki, then takes a picture in Portrait mode, then you can see the picture is displayed as a Landscape mode picture in preview page.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.  Update the build to "20150428002500".
2.  Launch "Camera".
3.  Enable "Self-Timer" and set to 2 seconds
4.  Take some picture.
5.  Back to Homescreen and launch "Settings".
6.  Connect a Wi-Fi .
7. Back to Homescreen and launch "Camera" again.
8. Take some picture.

[3.Expected Result]: 
8. The picture you take should be displayed as a Portrait mode picture.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The picture you take is displayed as a Portrait mode picture.
8. The picture you take is displayed as a Landscape mode picture.

To 100% repro this bug, the best important step is that after you take pictures using camera, you must *connect the wifi or 3G network* and then launch camera to take pictures again. It is a very strange behavior.

04-29 02:42:14.042 E/Camera2-Parameters(  189): set: Incomplete set of GPS parameters provided

This issue has the same root cause as Bug 1154665. mark as duplicate.
