Aloha, On older browsers and IE I get a bouncy spinning head hanging off the
mouse icon and hear the .WAV embedded audio ... with this Mozilla I don't get
either ...  BTW, in IE the background is frozen and the objects scroll over the
background, but with Mozilla and Netscape everything scrolls together.

I'm using a Win98 PC

Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto http://www.brainless.org
2.observe no audio nor bouncy, spinning head
3.observe no frozen background when scrolling page up/down


Expected Results:  I expect to hear a weather report and see my bouncing 'n
spinning head clinging to the mouse movements ...

I expect to see the background image frozen while scrolling up'n down on the
page ...

All these work in IE

Evanglism.

The animation assumes that all browsers called "Netscape" are NS4.x and have a 
broken DOM.  The site uses an IE-only property for the background (mozilla 
supports the standard way of achieving this effect using CSS, curiously, IE does 
not).

There is no sound because you have no plugin to play wav files and mozilla does 
not handle them internally yet....

JS has been fixed to work nice in mozilla.  The sound issue is filed as bug
116027.  Resolving this fixed.
