This bug was filled based on the discussion from bug 1119472 comment 13.

Reproducible on Firefox 38 Beta 8 (BuildID: 20150427090451)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Open about:preferences. 
2. Go to "Privacy" tab. 

Actual results:  Text color of some text-link is not consistent (text-link from "History" section). See screenshot "issue.png". 

Expected results: Text color of some text-link should be consistent. 

Note: The bug is reproducible only on Mac OSX.

I'm resolving this as WFM since I don't see this in 49.02 (20161019084923) on 10.11.6. All links have the same color.
