Spoke with Rainer & Spencer. 

This video will be for a partner, Social Chorus. Kristin Baird is the event sponsor, I (Jess Lin) am helping to provide support. 

Social Chorus will be at the SF site 5/12 from 12-4pm, roughly 20 guests. 

They would like to conduct filming 3-4 hours before.

"The videos will take about 15 minutes each to film, the format is just a basic headshot Q&A interview. I don't know how many we will have yet. I would estimate 4-6 interviews, We'd probable need 3-4 hours total, including set up. "

"The best format for us is MP4 and mov files. What kind of camera will the crew be filming with?

The final deliverable will just be the raw video and audio files for the recording. Our video editor should be able to take it from there. "

Social Chorus is requesting interview filming to occur from 11Am-12:30PM at the SF site. 

Megan Van Vlack and Jennifer Valdivia from Social Chorus will be contacts for film crew.
