Steps to reproduce:

I have just upgraded to FF OS 3.0 and changed the main screen to 4 column mode.

When I installed some games from marketplace, the app on the main screen has no icon.


Actual results:

The icon was replaced by a placeholder: the marketplace logo (rocket), grey on white.


Expected results:

Normal icon should be used.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
