Trad. Chinese translation for "Filter" should be "濾鏡", not "篩選器"

*** Steps to Reproduce
Pre: switch to Traditional Chinese
1. Open the Gallery App
2. Click a photo
3. Tap the "edit" icon (2nd icon from the right, in the bottom toolbar
4. Tap the "filter" icon (2nd from the right)
5. Observe the title

*** Expected Results
Should be "濾鏡"

*** Actual Results
See "篩選器", which is a wrong translation in this context
