If the page you are viewing has vertical and/or horizontal scrollbars, they do
funny things when you dynamically apply a new theme.
Steps to reproduce:
1. visit a nice big page, so that you have scrollbars
2. change themes (view->apply theme->whichever one you're not using :)
3. wacky scrollbars!
Actual results:
The "main" scrollbars disappear (I can still scroll, but I see no scrollbars)
Small scrollbars appear, appended to the content.
Expected results:
scrollbars should know their place, rather than gallivanting off around the
page. :)
I'll attach a couple of screenshots in a mo to illustrate this.
