Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Find an add-on which only lists Firefox for Android as the supported platform. Example:  https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/android/addon/self-destructing-cookies OR https://addons.allizom.org/en-us/developers/addon/always-zoom/versions/1335994
2. Have Jason run the signing script

Expected behavior:
Add-on is not signed since it doesn't support Desktop

Observed behavior:
Android-specific add-ons are getting signed. See https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/android/addon/self-destructing-cookies/versions/

We double checked, and this add-on is also compatible with Firefox, so it was meant to be signed.

We tried again with another add-on (https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/review/three-finger-swipe) and it was correctly not signed.
