If you switch themes then the folder icons, and bookmarkicons on teh bookmark
toolbar are not updated.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch theme and watch

Actual Results:  Bookmark folders and icons are not updated

Expected Results:  They should do so

Clicking (twice) a folder on the toolbar changed the icon to the rigth one.
