Steps:
1) Go to Animated logo customization wizard screen
2) Notice the default directory/files exist for the four graphic files
3) Click the BROWSE button
4) Hit cancel

Actual Behavior:  Browse dialog opens in a random directory that does not match
with default file locations.  Also, the file type field does not default to GIF.
Finally, clicking the cancel button on this Browse dialog erases the default
directory/file

Expected: Browse dialog with default file name and type preconfigured.  Also,
hitting cancel should not erase previous/current directory/file.
