We need to eradicate all uses of inline styles. These should never be used, and are bad practice. This will also let us start to lock down our bleach filters.

Even if I dream about this, there is no plan to do this in the next few years. (It is a huge amount of work both platform-wise and content-wise we very little impact on the readers)
