Using a new debug build that has Joe's changes in it, when I try to push say the
delete button in mail it causes a lot of jiggling in the window. The size of the
pushed buttons are bigger than the size we have currently allocated so it looks
like everything else is getting shoved down (thread pane, message pane, folder
pane) to make room for the pressed state of the button.
