1160705 - Compare view titles could be prettier and provide more useful information

A few nits with the headers in the compare views:

1. They have an irrelevant/misleading "Hover over each entry for more options" field.
2. No way to look up the revisions from the compare review. They should be linkable.
3. Clearer / more prominent titles/headers would be good.
