User Story

ACE mode for syntax highlighting of gettext/po files.
We should have syntax highlighting for Gettext files at the ace-mode level. We'll use the ace mode tool to convert https://github.com/textmate/gettext.tmbundle as a starting point.
https://github.com/aisle-moz/moz.aisle/commit/e49581414e8fc30ce5ddb7032a0154966d7990f7 fixes this.
