1160927 - Firefox addons: uploading a new version never ends

What did you do?
================
I tried to upload a new version of my addon, several times.

What happened?
==============
Upload proceeds to 100% complete. Nothing happens then.Add version button is disabled. Ajax GET requests keep fire with this response:

Following the link in the response, I can see the error "Validation task could not complete or completed with errors" but I don't know what triggers it.

What should have happened?

I should be able to continue with adding a new addon version.

Is there anything else we should know?

Addon works when testing on destop and android.

I believe this is related to http://sentry.mktmon.services.phx1.mozilla.com/mkt/addonsmozillaorg/group/8558/

As a temporary fix I've restarted the celery workers.

Does this still happen?  If so, please attach the add-on
