Steps to reproduce:
Just close browser and reopen
Actual results:
Every setting being resetted to factory mode.
Themes are also gone but bookmarks, addons & sync data still avail
Expected results:
Start as how browser is closed

The only scenario that makes sense is that you have Firefox installation or Firefox profile set to a readonly permission location. Can you confirm that the issue still persists?
If it does, can you try to upgrade FF to a later/latest release revision and confirm the problem is still occurring?
