Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0
Build ID: 20150416103922
Steps to reproduce:
The video slider is too thin and it's hard to tap.
The pause and volume control is too close to the Android Home and Back buttons.
This is how youtube looks like from Firefox-for-Android: https://i.imgur.com/fWrugy6.png
This is how it looks like from Chrome-for-Android, which has a better UI: https://i.imgur.com/sbAKQn6.png
Note the Chrome interface has a wider slide bar with larger 'pause' button. Chrome also lacks the video volume control, the user relies in the global volume control (a physical button) and has less clutter as a consequence.
Both interfaces are html5.

The site overrides the default touch friendly design of the html video controls that Firefox provides. This is a YouTube bug.
