Details
I'm currently working on creating an interface that lets Content Services create/analyze adgroups (tentatively called "Bucketerer"). This has a ~1GB mongodb backend with compiled information about popular domains (traffic, similarity, categorization), which is likely to at least triple in size. It currently runs on flask (http://flask.pocoo.org/), a web server microframework. Due to the size of the data, this will need to be hosted. Please can we discuss setting up this database + host? Also we should think about authentication - perhaps limited to VPN users?

Currently Bucketerer is it's own separate piece from Zenko. I believe we should look into how we can integrate this new Bucketerer code into splice or if it should stay completely standalone. If we do integrate with splice, it would be good practice in getting zenko more integrated as well.
