[l10n][Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Cost Control]Basque: Insert SIM card and enter Usage main view, the "Mobile usage" are displayed with truncation.

Prerequisite: Insert a SIM card and turn on mobile network to surf.
1.Set device language as Basque.
2.Launch Usage.
3.Go through the Usage FTE, enter usage main page.

2. The "Mobile usage" should not be displayed with truncation on "Usage" view.

Maybe dropping entirely the word "Usage" here would help the entire word fit in. 
Since we're already under the screen "Usage" (stated in header), I don't think it would be confusing to drop it and only put only "Mobile" for the bottom string.

(BTW not sure there's another bug already on file for the string below that one, but it can be shortened the same way if you want to Enrique :) ie just keeping "WIFI" and dropping the rest)
