Description

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120
BuildID: 2001112009

If I click on the Bookmark link in the Personal Toolbar, is dosen't open the
bookmarks on the first click, and only on the second. The major effect is that
after clicking on the Personal Toolbar link, Mozilla will no longer accept any
typed input (the URL bar, form entries, ect. ect.) until it is closed and
restarted. Using the Bookmarks link in the main toolbar (the one with File,
Edit, ect.) does not cause this problem. Clean installs do not feix this problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Bookmarks link in the Personal Toolbar.
2.Try to input any typed information into a form page or into the URL bar. No
typed information is entered.

No special installation of Mozilla, save to only install the browser, mail
reader, and security manager.

Actual Results: No typed input is accepted in form spaces or the URL bar.

Expected Results: Continued to accept typed input for all entry spaces.
