currently the intermediate confirmation page is skipped if there's a matching component, version, and milestone in the target product. however this is problematic especially for triage .. if you want to move a bug from firefox::untraiged into core::somethingelse, the intermediate page isn't shown because core also has an untriaged component. looks like we'll have to always show the intermediate page for the old show_bug view.
