Raptor currently tries to require a manifest from a hard-coded location of "apps" within Gaia. At the minimum we should pull in the directory provided in homescreens.json.

Comment on attachment 8601705 [details] [review] Link to Github pull-request: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/raptor/pull/36 LGTOM and works awesome, tested by running the launch test on flame on a modified template app in gaia/dev_apps. Was able to run the test on that app by just adding the app to the raptor/dist/homescreen.json, sweet.
