Can we decrease the size of the customize sidebar dialog and integrate with preferences. Saw this in usability testing, where user went to edit preferences to customize sidebar. Makes sense to centralize pref management. Link from Tabs drop down "customize my sidebar" should then open up preferences dialog pointing to the sidebar prefs.
Over to Marlon for UI design input.

we really need to do this. the most logical place to edit sidebar is in prefs, and the tabs>customize my sidebar route is far too burried. this link should instead open the prefs panel with a sidebar set of features exposed.
