Eric/Teri, per offline discussion, please confirm signal strength really impairs during testing and let us know the re-test result.

From the log, signalStrength:-61 changed to signalStrength":-71. It was impaired by 10 units. Not sure how much is needed for PTS test.

Per offline discussion with Hsinyi, GSM signal strength impairment from -61 to -71 has no effect on bluetooth signal strength indicator [1] as both result in 5 per [2]. This test requires bluetooth signal strength indicator change to pass.

After tons of reruns and Alison's help, we finally got this case PASS.
Test case : TC_AG_PSI_BV_01_I started
- SDP Service record for PTS: 'Handsfree HF' successfully registered

- AT: SPP connect succeeded
- AT: Service Level Connection established

- MTC: SIGNAL indication recieved: 3
- MTC: SIGNAL indication recieved: 5
- AT: Service Level Connection disabled
- MTC: Test case ended

No more issue to report. Close as worksforme.
