Details

Once bug 1161998 is ready, we can split the compose view only part like recipient handling from conversation view into compose_view.js based on message view prototype.
After some discussion in bug 1161998 comment 3, maybe we don't need a module for basic view. We need to move the duplicate part in compose.js first and create a plain composer view based on necessary modules like compose/recipient and related methods in conversation.js

Oops, looks like we already have another bug for view separation. And I'm not sure what we can do here, so duping for now.
