The latest nightly build I flashed today is missing the icon for the Foxfooding app.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

Yeah I have no idea why. But should be fixed ASAP.

Also I need an icon. I'll file a bug for that.

The preload.py script doesn't check for http error codes or content and ended up on a 404 and just encoded the returned HTML as an icon. Bad.

This was a consequence of the manifest icon path being wrong.

This is fixed
https://github.com/fxos/foxfooding/commit/04a98f7d2cd6eb98e7e7c4f0cf1ae595062ca253

I have deployed and updated app.
I had to reset-gaia to see the icon.

The icon is a placeholder. Bug 1162168 is about getting a proper icon. Not sure who should be the assignee. Note that I'm still waiting on the visual / UX spec.
Hub: I just flashed a nightly build from the TC repo, and I don't see the icon in this build.
You need to reset gaia for it to work. Not sure "flashed a nightly build from the TC repo" entails.
