A way of viewing and triaging abuse reports would allow us to better manage them than the current stream of emails into our inboxes. It would also allow some community involvement in assisting the triaging.

This is the first iteration so the ux may change, but currently the operation is similar to the moderated reviews queue. By default all the apps with unread abuse reports are skipped; pressing the button will toggle to marking them read. When the page is submitted the abuse reports for those apps will be 'read' so no longer shown in the queue.

I am not sure that we correctly understand the expected behavior here. We have only skip button available(http://screencast.com/t/6hOXobkbjM). Can you please add some detailed STRs here?
STR 1) load abuse queue page (if not at least 2 apps showing then report some abuse for some apps and go back to 1) 2) apps should be listed that have 1+ abuse reports logged and currently unread 3) press the skip button next to one of the apps, it should toggle to mark read (and turn blue) 4) press the process button to save 5) the app that you marked read in 3) should now be gone from the queue, leaving the remaining apps (you can mark as many apps read as you like)
translate not working is bug 1165881 fwiw
Thank you! I verified following the steps from comment #4 and everything is working as expected
