I landed a ticket for iOS this week that shows a SUMO "tile" on first-run. Right now it points at something like https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mobile but this is Android info. Do we have somewhere to send iOS users?

We have a product page for iOS set up at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/ios
As you can see, it is currently very sparse as we have everything turned off or hidden at this point. It will eventually be the correct place to send people though.
Does that work for you?

to be precise the link should be https://support.mozilla.org/products/ios (i.e. without the en-US to allow for other locales), right :mythmon?

Ah, yes. Ideally you could put the locale in the url, like https://support.mozilla.org/%LOCALE%/products/ios. That would save a redirect on the server, and make things a tiny bit faster. But if that is problematic, https://support.mozilla.org/products/ios will redirect users to the right local just fine.
