a priv'd xpcom interface for opening an anonymous speculative
connection. This has come up a couple different times involving fonts
and xhr. (most recently bug 1150136)

This is done as a separate method, rather than an overrider attribute,
to avoid serializing all of the overrider structure across ipdl in
e10s as its generally only needed in the parent process - but the
anonymous attribute is the exception.
