Bug 1138848 introduced new functionality to OneCRL which allows certificates to be blocked on subject and public key (previously only possible with issuer / serial number). It'd be nice to have a way of actually getting blocklist items of this type to users. The change required is pretty small; a new model (or change to the exiting cert blocklist model) to store subject/pubkey entries and a new element to the template.
Nick and Tarek are in the process of designing the new blocklisting input system, so you should probably discuss what this bug entails to make sure it's taken into account.
