1162605 - Self view froze during Loop call (Logitech C920)

About 15 minutes into a Loop call my self view froze and my video froze for the other party as well. (I think audio stopped as well)

Restarting Loop call (other party remained in room) and things were working fine.

Associated data:
about:webrtc page attached - call that froze ended at 15:58:52.

Firefox:
Nightly 32-bit (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/60349cbc3d4e)
e10s enabled.

OS:
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1 CSDBuildNumber 1130)

Camera:
Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920
Driver Provider: Logitech
Driver Date: 14/12/2011
Driver Version: 13.40.840.0

Headset:
Plantronics .Audio 648 USB
Driver Provider: Microsoft
Driver Date: 12/07/2013
Driver Version: 6.1.7601.18208

Both Camera and Headset are attached via a KVM switch.
I'll attached USBView output for both of these.

This happened again during by weekly 1-to-1.

This time I didn't restart loop, as we were pretty much finished anyway.

Firefox then crashed, not sure if it is related to the Loop/webrtc issue:

firefox.exe process memory kept rising and then crashed.

We've only seen this on Logitech C920s.  If we see this on other h/w, we'll bump the priority.
