Description:
When the user rotates the device to shift between landscape and portrait modes from the browser menu screen, the UI gets distorted, and the wallpaper is shown.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150507064907.
2) Launch Browser and navigate to a webpage.
3) Select the menu icon (... in upper left).
4) Rotate the device and change the orientation back and forth between portrait and landscape modes.

Actual:
The wallpaper appears, and the UI gets distorted during the transition.

Expected:
The transition is smooth without any graphic issue.

Note:
This issue might be caused by the fix for bug 1160191.

This issue does NOT reproduce on Flame 2.2. The wallpaper does not show, and the UI is not distorted during the transition. HOWEVER, half of the menu becomes black during the transition briefly before the full menu is shown.

I can't repro this bug anymore on today's Flame v3.0 build after the problem had fixed and verified in "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1162656#c9".
