This feature creates two new tables in our back-end databases to control and report on blacklisted IPs. blacklist_ips: is a table that contains IP addresses that are currently blacklisted (ie. have been found to create fraudulent clicks). This table will live in our OLTP database (currently Redshift) blacklist_stats_daily: is a table that records impressions, clicks, pins, blocks and newtabs originating from fraudulent IPs. This table will live in our OLAP data store (currently Redshift)
